Delivery & Returns

Delivery:

All products that are available to purchase on the website will be dispatched free of charge to anywhere within the UK Mainland or Northern Ireland. UK and NI purchases have a delivery time of 3 to 4 working days. Republic of Ireland purchases take up to 5 working days (depending on whether it is light enough to go by post or heavy enough for our next-day courier). Items to the Republic of Ireland and the rest of the world will be dispatched at discounted rates that are available upon checkout.

Returns:

We offer a 14-day, no-quibble, money-back returns policy. Just advise us within 7 days of receipt and return within 14 days for a full refund. The buyer has to pay the return postage unless the item is faulty or the wrong item was sent.

Please include your original receipt and send it via a recorded delivery service so nothing is lost in transit (we will not be held liable for returned items lost in transit and not sent via a recorded service).
