Returns and Exchanges:


We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Cleantec. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange process within 14 days of receiving your order. Please follow the guidelines below for returns and exchanges:


Return Eligibility:


Products must be in unused and undamaged condition.

All original packaging, labels, and tags must be intact and included.

Return Process:

Our Customer Service team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and further instructions on how to return the item(s).

Return Shipping:


Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining the tracking information for your records.

Refunds and Exchanges:


Once the returned item(s) are received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange within 3 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested exchange item is unavailable, we will issue a refund.
